1 Sentence Saturday!

I ran in the pool and had a great session - 60 minutes total with 4x10 minute hard intervals and a 10 minute cool down.

My sweet boy turned EIGHT today - and I can't even tell you how proud I am!!

He loved all of his presents - especially the magic set we gave him!!

Later, Jerold and I went to our preschool fundraiser/auction - the theme was 80s!!!

So, like totally - have a RAD rest of your weekend!!! Rock on!!
